Kitchen remodeler in Bullard, TX

Bullard sits in southern Smith County along U.S. Route 69, with a housing stock that splits between older homes near the historic town center and newer construction spreading out along the FM 344 corridor and north of town. Lots in Bullard run larger than in Tyler proper, with many properties sitting on a half-acre to several acres of rolling East Texas terrain. New construction has been active here, with brick-and-stone builds on quarter- to half-acre lots appearing steadily in subdivisions like Pecan Valley Ranch. The rural character of the land, with pine trees alongside new rooftops, means properties often include outbuildings, large decks, and exterior features that need the same level of craft as the interior work.

From New Construction Finish-Out to Pier and Beam Repairs in Bullard

Bullard's residential growth has been almost entirely in new construction, with families buying land and building along the FM 344 corridor and near Bullard ISD campuses. New builds here typically run 1,800 to 3,200 square feet on larger lots, and they need trim, interior doors, flooring, drywall, and paint to reach finished condition. Our team handles all of those trades, which means one point of contact for the full finish-out scope.

Older homes near Bullard's historic town center and railroad corridor sit on pier and beam foundations that have had decades to shift on East Texas clay soil. When a foundation moves, it shows up in the interior as cracked drywall, sticking doors, and uneven floors. We address the foundation issue first, then repair the drywall, re-hang the doors, and refinish the floors so the interior reflects the repair rather than hiding it.

Bullard's larger lots also mean decks and outdoor add-ons are practical requests rather than luxury upgrades. A half-acre lot with pine trees and a new build is a natural setting for a covered deck or a room addition. We build decks and additions to match the exterior materials of the main structure, so the addition reads as part of the original home rather than an afterthought.

Every service, available in Bullard, TX

New construction finishing work is in high demand in Bullard, where builder activity along FM 344 has produced a steady supply of homes that need trim, flooring, painting, drywall, and door and window installation to reach move-in condition. Decks and add-ons are also common requests, as Bullard's larger lots give homeowners the space to expand outdoor living areas or add square footage. Pier and beam work comes up on older properties near the historic town center, where original foundations have shifted over decades on East Texas soil. Siding and window replacement round out the most common exterior scopes on homes built in the 1980s and 1990s along the older residential streets.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with UniqueDesignsETX for both a bathroom and kitchen remodel, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The quality craftsmanship displayed in both projects was remarkable. Every detail was meticulously attended to, and it’s evident that Chase & his team take immense pride in their work. Our bathroom now boasts stunning tile work and elegant fixtures, while the kitchen features a gorgeous layout and top-notch materials that have transformed our space. Sorry for the low quality pictures but it doesn’t do it justice! My walk in shower is EVERYTHING and more that I hoped it would be!! Not having a clue or a designer bone in my body I gave them the tile and freedom to make it look good and they did not disappoint! Chase is super honest and awesome to work with we had a time line we needed it by and he got us in and took care of us! His employees are super awesome friendly and clean with their work!! From start to finish and the cleanliness of their work ethic I highly recommend!! The pricing was great to me!

We are absolutely blown away and thrilled by the work of Chase and his team on our shower! Their attention to detail is amazing—our tile has veins in it and you can tell they made an effort to connect the veins across tiles. It looks amazing. My husband and I agree that the shower is the nicest part of our house now. It’s not completely done yet, but we are obsessed with it!

Chase and his crew did an outstanding, quality job on my parents' house. They replaced siding on the exterior of their home and fixed and set a toilet. The quality of their work was outstanding. Their craftsmanship, professionalism and fair pricing was amazing. Worth every penny. My parents will always hire him to do any jobs they have.

Kitchen Remodeler FAQ for Bullard, TX

Common questions from Bullard, TX customers about our services, process, and coverage.

New construction finish-out in Bullard typically involves trim carpentry, interior door installation, flooring, drywall finishing, painting, and sometimes electrical and HVAC completion work. Builders often hand off a home at a rough stage, and a full finish-out crew brings it to move-in condition. We handle all of those trades with specialists in each area.

Common signs include doors that stick or won't latch, visible cracks running diagonally from window corners in drywall, and floors that feel soft or uneven underfoot. Homes near Bullard's historic town center are most likely to show these signs, as they sit on original pier and beam foundations that have had decades to move. We assess the foundation condition before starting any interior work so repairs address the root cause.

Yes. We build decks using materials and finishes that complement the main structure, whether that means matching a stone column base to the home's exterior or selecting a decking material that works with the brick color. Bullard's larger lots give room for covered decks with real outdoor living space, and we design the structure to handle East Texas weather exposure.

Yes. Homes built in the 1980s and 1990s along Bullard's older residential streets often have original wood or early vinyl siding and single-pane windows that are past their useful life. We replace both, and we match new siding profiles to the existing trim lines so the exterior looks intentional rather than patched.
